Elastico Disegno e' stato invitato da JVC al workshop per il design di un altoparlante usando l'innovativa tecnilogia "spherical speaker", grazie alla quale il suono viene emesso a 360 gradi per un'eccezionale esperienza acustica.
Il design di AKU e' stato studiato per rendere visibile questa tecnologia ed enfatizzare il modo in cui il suono viene emesso.
AKU e' stato esposto al Salone del Mobile di Milano nel 2007.
JVC invited Elastico Disegno in a workshop to design a speaker using their new "spherical speaker" technology.
With this technology each speaker broadcasts the sound in a 360-degrees sphere providing an optimum listening experience regardless of where it's located.
AKU was designed to visualize this new technology and to emphasize the way sound is emitted.
The AKU speaker was exhibited at the 2007 Salone del Mobile in Milan, Italy.
